My goal weight is 190.
I have gained 2.5 lbs and have 93.5 lbs left to lose.
I don't know where things are going wrong. My diet is in line. I'm not following the Rice Diet strictly because I had no strength for lifting. I have, however, kept my sodium down, kept my fat low, and stayed around 1500 calories a day. During these 3 weeks, I've also started a new workout program and I'm lifting 6 days a week. My cardio could use some work, but I have been more active than in the past. Still I gain weight. All I can do is keep doing the things I think are right and wait it out.
Sorry this is being posted two days late, but I was having technical difficulties with my blog. They are fixed, and I'm up and running again.
Anyway, the numbers:

Today's weight is 281.
My goal weight is 190.
I have lost 0 lbs and have 91 lbs left to lose.
That's not a typo. It looks exactly the same as it did on day one. After a week on the rice diet, I weigh exactly the same as I did when I started.
Now we already talked about my bad day on Friday, but I still counted everything. Including that day, I ate 8327 calories in 7 days. That's an average of 1190 calories a day. Along with that, I lifted weights 5 days, and was more active than I've been in a long time. So right now, the rice diet isn't giving me a warm fuzzy. We'll see how next week goes.
