We had my bachelor party last night. I originally wrote a 4 page entry detailing the entire evening. It was written like a diary entry and was complete in every detail. Unfortunately, we all agreed that certain types of things would be kept private. Not everything of course, but only things that might get any of those involved in any trouble now or in the future. With this in mind, below is the edited version of the story. Most of the important details are still there, and it's easy to follow along with the story. Even with the editing, I think after reading this you'll all feel like you were there.

The first thing we did was

*edited*.
*edited*.
Then I got home about *edited*. I slept late.
I hope you've all enjoyed reading about this and that I was able to accurately convey the story while still protecting everyone from embarassment or divorce. :)
Six days and I'm getting married. I can't believe it's almost here.
I was really hoping to get to spend a good part of this weekend with Joy. A week from tomorrow, we're getting married and it seems like lately the only time we see each other is to work on the wedding. I don't mind that, and I'm glad we're getting all the details finalized, but I'd like to spend some recreational time with the woman a love before the final week leading up to our wedding. I know that next week is going to be busy and stressful. We're both going to have family in town, which is great, but it doesn't exactly lend itself to spending time alone.
This weekend was really our last chance at getting to spend some time just enjoying each other's company. There were already roadblocks, but I thought they were minimal. My bachelor party is tomorrow night, but it doesn't start until 7pm and it will be done early enough for me to make church tomorrow. Joy's taking a trip with her bridesmaids to spend the night in Austin tomorrow night, but I knew she'd be back by 2pm on Sunday at the latest since we have our final meeting with Ella's Garden then.
I figured that left us with tonight, and tomorrow during the day to spend together. Then, we could spend Sunday afternoon together too. Then I found out that they are leaving early tomorrow morning so they can spend time with the maid of honor's family all day before going out that night. I also learned that our 2pm meeting is going to have to be rescheduled, and upon hearing that, the maid of honor decided she wanted to stay later on Sunday.
So now we have tonight and tonight only, and it's likely the last time we'll get to have any relaxing time together until after the wedding. We can go do something tonight, and we will, but it's just not the same as having most of a weekend. By the time I drive all the way back to her house from work, it will be after 7. We've both worked all day, so we're going to be at least a little tired. We'll have to rush to catch a movie since there aren't a lot of choices by that time, and dinner will have to be scheduled to work around movie times and possible rushed too. Maybe I'm overreacting, but this really pisses me off. Joy's been a little more emotional than usually the last few days, so I suppose I'm entitled too.
Maybe I'm being unfair, but I don't like that what time we can spend together the weekend before we get married is being dicated to us by Joy's maid of honor. I know it's not totally her, and my party tomorrow night does take some out of it, but not the whole weekend. She was going to Austin to party during that time anyway so it worked out. I didn't realize the trip was going to include a day with a family Joy's never met and now all of Sunday too.
