My goal weight is 190.
I have lost 0 lbs and have 91 lbs left to lose.
My first day hasn't been bad. I've enjoyed the food I've eaten and I don't feel terribly hungry. I expected to be feeling light headed or weak, but I don't. It's only 1:30pm on day one though, so it's early.
I lifted weights at 11:30 today. We did shoulders, and I felt fine. I felt about the way I feel if I lift weights without having eaten that day I expected that, but my fear will be that this feeling will get worse as the days go by. Only time will tell. Prior to the workout, I'd had around 300 calories. I've had only 520 now, but I don't feel bad. I feel good from my workout, and my shoulders are feeling better.
Today's foods have included brown rice, apples, strawberries, and grapes in varrying amounts. At least I like everything I'm eating.
